Its a very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. I've been living here for about 9 months, I have no complaints so far. I've read other reviews saying it is loud and noisy, but i have not had any bad experiences with that type of situation. That being said, I do live on the outside of the complex so it might be a lot different if you live in the inner parts but I have no idea. Had a cockroach issue when I first moved in, and they took care of it very quickly!

My roommates and myself had three cars and only one designated parking spot that other residents would sometimes park in. If we got home late, we would have to drive through the entire parking lot, finding nothing. There were many times I parked in a handicap spot because it was the only thing left. As a young female, I did not feel safe parking off the property and walking on late at night, especially so close to Maryvale. The staff in the leasing office gave us attitude at times but I think they meant well. It was a clean apartment and the inside was nice.

I pay for this parking spot for no reason apparently. I tried to bring this up to them and they only thing said was "in all two years of working here ,ive never heard that before". The staff loves to argue when you bring up a complaint and tells me there is nothing they can do since there is not a manager on site. They charge you for everything even when i cleaned my own carpet before i moved out..they charged for me a cleaning fee. The gates are always broken and i mean all the gates.

The Black Rock Desert playa is vast, so everyone rides a bike at Burning Man. Baskets and tassels and bells are great gifts, and, because so much goes on at night at Burning Man, bike lights are as well. Fur is everywhere at Burning Man. They love giving hugs at Burning Man, and fur feels lovely to touch, but temperatures also drop at night and it can feel a tad nippy out in the middle of the desert. I’ve taken a bunch of strings of battery powered lights and handed them out to people riding without lights at night. Having a few bandanas/ headscarves is essential to surviving on the playa. I always bring several different options with me to festivals and have purchased this pack of a dozen of assortment bandanas to give to people when need me. Come the last day of my second burn, I was gifted me a beautiful fur coat because they said they were moving and trying to downsize.
